Job summary

ELMO Software Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex cross‑functional initiative, reporting to the VP, Corporate Strategic Initiatives. You will step into an existing project, take ownership and drive on‑time outcomes.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong governance and delivery discipline, and the ability to work across business, technical and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Seasoned PM with end-to-end project delivery experience.
• Hands-on, structured and delivery-focused.
• Senior-level with minimal direction.
• Able to manage pace and ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with HR, payroll, SaaS or ERP replacements.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an existing project and build momentum.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones and critical paths.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, technical and operational stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Lead workshops, project forums and working sessions.
• Provide clear, concise and actionable project reporting.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Maintain governance and delivery discipline.
