Job summary

EML is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology transformation initiatives across business and IT environments in Sydney. You will deliver projects from initiation through to implementation, aligning with strategic objectives, budget, timelines and governance.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers work-from-home flexibility (up to 2 days per week) and collaboration with architects, developers and executives to drive delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager within large enterprise environments delivering complex technology projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation or modernisation programs.
• Proven delivery across multiple technology teams, business functions, vendors and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of technology delivery lifecycles and Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Confidence managing substantial budgets, resources, vendors, risks, dependencies and executive governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business transformation projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, business, architecture, data and vendors.
• Oversee development, integration, infrastructure, testing, release and transition to support.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods and ensure effective governance.
• Facilitate workshops and provide clear reporting to executives and Steering Committees.
• Ensure projects meet organisational standards, policies and operational readiness requirements.
