Job summary

East Partnership in Sydney seeks a Senior Project Finance Analyst to join its Infrastructure & Energy team. You will own and develop complex project finance models, support senior colleagues across the full transaction lifecycle, and interact with financiers, advisers and investors.

The role covers investment screening, business case development, risk and credit analysis, and preparation of investment papers for approvals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in infrastructure investment, project finance banking, financial advisory, renewables, utilities or related funds management.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability; experience building or auditing complex models.
• Exposure to debt or equity financing processes, project finance structures and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review and maintenance of complex project finance models.
• Support senior team across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Perform investment screening, business case development, risk and credit analysis.
• Prepare internal investment papers and assist with internal approvals.
• Engage with financiers, advisers, investors and internal stakeholders.
