Job summary

East Partnership in Australia is seeking a Project Finance Vice President to lead financing strategy and execution across a portfolio of major infrastructure, energy and digital infrastructure projects.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the role offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to work with banks, lenders, advisers and capital providers while collaborating with investment, development, commercial and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project finance experience, with infrastructure, energy and/or digital infrastructure exposure.
• Experience leading financing processes and transactions through to financial close.
• Strong financial modelling and capital-structuring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing financial models and assessing project bankability and returns
• Structuring debt and equity solutions across complex infrastructure projects
• Leading debt raising and financing processes through to financial close
• Working closely with investment, development, commercial and technical teams
• Managing relationships with banks, institutional lenders, advisers and capital providers
• Supporting new investment and development opportunities, M&A and due diligence
• Providing commercial input on capital structures, project risk and value creation initiatives
• Contributing across origination, investment, development and project execution
