Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Civil Engineering project leader to plan, manage and deliver maintenance and construction programs across the Southwest region of NSW from its Narrandera office. The role requires travel to various locations and residence within 100 km of Narrandera is expected.

You will develop project plans, budgets and technical documentation, coordinate field teams and service providers, and build strong stakeholder relationships to improve road safety and network efficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year Civil Engineering degree or equivalent recognised overseas qualification.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience delivering road, infrastructure, construction or maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of maintenance and construction projects across the Southwest NSW region.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate project delivery teams, contractors and service providers.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to improve road safety, asset management and network efficiency.
