Transport for NSW is seeking a Team Leader for Scheduled Maintenance in Narrabri. You will guide a small field team on road maintenance and construction, prioritising safety and quality while meeting project outcomes.

You will coordinate daily activities, allocate tasks, and develop your team's skills, working with contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver durable road infrastructure.

Formación

• Current Construction Industry White Card.
• Current Australian motor vehicle driver’s license (Class C); minimum: Provisional P1 license.
• Willingness to undertake any legislated or internal licensing or ticketing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a small team undertaking road maintenance and construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Coordinate daily work activities, allocate tasks and support your team to achieve planned maintenance and project outcomes.
• Oversee activities including pavement maintenance, drainage works, roadside fixtures, signage and other road infrastructure improvements.
• Promote safe work practices by identifying hazards, managing risks and ensuring compliance with work health and safety and environmental requirements.
• Provide practical guidance, on-the-job training and feedback to team members, supporting their development and performance.
• Work collaboratively with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and deliver quality outcomes.
