Job summary

Lendlease is recruiting multiple Senior Project Engineers to join our NSW team and support long-term project delivery across Sydney CBD, Liverpool, Wetherill Park, Parramatta and Rouse Hill. The role focuses on managing subcontractors, developing construction programs, procurement strategy and quality and safety on site.

You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure timely delivery, manage change, and collaborate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, executing, and closing out construction projects.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability and compliance.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to identify delays or cost overruns.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders for effective communication.
• Participate in project meetings with technical input and problem-solving.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures on site.
• Assist in procurement, bids evaluation and vendor management.
