Job summary

Lendlease is a NSW-based team recruiting for multiple Project Engineers to support long-term construction projects across Sydney. You will manage trade subcontractors, develop construction programs, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will liaise with clients and suppliers while coordinating design development, procurement strategies, and cost controls to deliver projects on time and within budget. A relevant degree and on-site delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in the construction industry on large-scale projects.
• On-site delivery experience, building fitouts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are currently recruiting multiple Project Engineers to join our team in NSW and support the delivery of multiple long-term projects in NSW.

In this position, you will play an integral role in managing trade subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Ideally 3 to 5 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building construction projects. (I.e. Commercial, residential, defence and healthcare).
• Previous on-site construction delivery experience, looking after building fitouts
• Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management etc).
• Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills with problem solving ability.
