Responsibilities

• Oversee construction delivery of multiple packages from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes and schedules for timely delivery.
• Implement procurement strategies to source materials cost-effectively and to high quality.
• Apply value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Ensure delivery meets time, cost, quality and HSE targets.
