Job summary

Hindmarsh in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from commencement to completion, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and client relationships, and drive program and risk management across complex projects.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will empower teams, uphold Hindmarsh's values and deliver outcomes that shape thriving client partnerships and a strong project

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial construction projects
• Proven track record leading projects from inception to completion
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and contractuals
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management
• Collaborative leadership style and ability to develop high-performing teams
• Experience with construction management software (MS Project, CHEOPS, Aconex)

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from commencement through to successful completion
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, programme, commercial and client outcomes
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Manage project budgets, cashflow, forecasting and commercial performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Oversee programming, planning, procurement and risk management
• Mentor and develop emerging project leaders across the business
• Champion Hindmarsh's culture, values and commitment to quality and safety
