You will oversee construction delivery from start to finish, manage subcontractors and suppliers, develop programmes, and implement procurement strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project engineering experience on large building projects.
• Relevant qualification in a field of study.
• Experience in residential, education, or data center projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction delivery of several packages from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors and service suppliers to meet deadlines and quality.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes and schedules.
• Implement procurement strategy to source materials efficiently.
• Apply value engineering to identify cost-saving measures.
• Ensure delivery meets time, cost, quality and HSE targets.
