Job summary
Intro Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a Senior Project Engineer for a landmark Class 2 residential project near Homebush. You will lead major work packages, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and help deliver the project from structure through to completion alongside a senior site team.
The role requires 4+ years in construction, strong Class 2 residential or mixed-use experience, and a qualification in engineering or construction.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of construction experience, ideally as a Project Engineer
- Strong Class 2 residential or mixed-use experience
- Experience on projects valued at $100M+
- Strong understanding of concrete structures and high-rise construction
- Engineering or Construction qualification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ambition to progress into Project Management
Responsibilities
- Manage structural, façade and finishes packages
- Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, QA and project documentation
- Lead subcontractor coordination and programme delivery
- Manage technical issues and design coordination
- Support procurement, cost control and variations
- Mentor junior engineers where required
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
