Job summary

UGL Regional Linx is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead contamination and remediation projects across the Country Regional Network in NSW. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering projects safely, to time and budget, working with diverse teams, contractors and stakeholders.

You’ll drive safety culture, manage governance, and report to senior leadership while delivering meaningful infrastructure outcomes for regional communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Chartered Engineer status or progress towards chartership preferred.
• Strong safety leadership and wellbeing focus for teams and communities.
• Ability to influence outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering contamination and remediation projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of contamination and remediation projects.
• Build relationships with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Manage project programs, budgets and reporting requirements.
• Ensure activities comply with rail standards, engineering requirements and legislation.
• Support design reviews and governance processes; drive continuous improvement.
