We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Project Engineer to join our City Projects team and play a key leadership role in delivering an ambitious capital works program. This is an opportunity to lead the design of complex projects, influence strategic outcomes and mentor the next generation of engineers while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The role will manage, mentor and develop a team of Project Engineers responsible for the planning, feasibility, concept and detailed design of Council's infrastructure projects, providing senior engineering leadership across the full project lifecycle, including brief development, design coordination, tender documentation, engineering certification and construction phase inspections.
The role will act as the technical design leader within the City Projects team, working closely with the Coordinator Design to deliver a high-quality, sustainable and value-for-money capital works program.

Salary: $131,983.30 - $147,821.23 + 12% super + civil liability allowance
