Bayside Council is seeking a Coordinator Major Projects in Sydney to lead a portfolio of high-profile capital works. You will oversee planning, procurement, contract administration, and governance while directing a team of project managers and design professionals.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the delivery of some of Bayside Council's most significant and high-profile capital projects. As Coordinator Major Projects, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure and community projects that directly enhance the liveability, sustainability and vibrancy of the Bayside area.
Working closely with Councillors, Executive leadership, contractors, consultants and community stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with Council's strategic objectives.
Leading a team of experienced project managers and senior design professionals, you will provide strategic oversight across project planning, procurement, contract administration, financial management and governance. You will play a key role in managing project risks, resolving complex challenges and driving successful outcomes that deliver long-term value for the community.

You are a highly experienced project delivery leader with a strong background in capital works, construction or infrastructure projects.
