Job summary

Peabody Energy's Centurion Mine in Australia is seeking an experienced Engineering Professional to join the site leadership team. You will help plan, execute and deliver mining and infrastructure projects, focusing on scope, budgets and schedules.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks and drive safe, efficient delivery, while providing technical leadership across project lifecycles and reporting on forecasts and business cases.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience delivering capital, operational or infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management, planning and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors and project risks.
• Strong commercial, technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.

The Opportunity

Peabody is seeking an experienced Engineering Professional to join our team at Centurion Mine. Reporting through the site leadership team, you will play a key role in the planning, execution and delivery of mining and infrastructure projects.

Your focus will be on managing project scope, budgets, schedules and performance outcomes while supporting safe, efficient and successful project delivery across site.
