Peabody is seeking an experienced Mechanical Coordinator to join our team at Centurion Mine, located approximately 160 kilometres west of Mackay.
Reporting to the Manager Engineering & Maintenance, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and execution of planned mechanical maintenance and project activities across the operation. This is a key role focused on supporting asset reliability, driving maintenance excellence and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance and project outcomes.
You will provide technical support across critical underground mechanical infrastructure including compressed air, bulk air cooling, dewatering systems and mobile equipment while supporting the ongoing development of Centurion's operations and future growth.
You are a safety-focused maintenance professional with strong mechanical expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for improving reliability, performance and operational outcomes.
