Job summary

Hudson seeks a Project Director to lead Wave Stage 3 (Metro) and the Mooloolah River Interchange Program in Queensland. You will provide strategic direction, mobilise teams and manage complex interfaces across public sector partners to deliver outcomes safely and in the public interest.

You will drive governance, assurance, risk management and value-for-money across the program, building collaborative leadership and ensuring delivery milestones are met under delegated authority.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience on major projects or programs.
• Strong governance, risk and commercial/contract management understanding.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, procurement, delivery and readiness of an allocated program function or work package.
• Translate objectives into clear priorities, plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate internal specialists, delivery partners and contractors.
• Monitor and report performance against scope, time, cost and safety metrics.
• Provide strategic, commercial and delivery advice to senior leaders and governance bodies.
