Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across large projects or programs with responsibility for outcomes and risk.
• Strong governance, commercial and contract management knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and complex interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, procurement, delivery or readiness of program functions.
• Translate objectives into clear priorities, plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate internal specialists, partners and contractors.
• Monitor and report performance against scope, time, cost, quality, safety and risk.
• Provide strategic and practical advice to senior leaders and governance bodies.
• Make timely, ethical decisions within delegated authority and escalate issues with options.
• Manage complex interfaces across projects, agencies and communities.
• Identify and resolve delivery, commercial or stakeholder issues to improve value for money.
• Establish governance, assurance, controls and decision pathways for the assigned role.
• Foster a collaborative, safe and inclusive culture focused on safety and delivery.
