Job summary

Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of complex power and infrastructure projects across Australia. Reporting to the PMO Director, you will oversee Project Managers, guide delivery from mobilisation to handover and ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

You will shape tender strategies, influence bid decisions and build strong relationships with customers and contractors, while coaching teams to maintain

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong leadership across project delivery teams.
• Background in power, energy, electrical, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial capability.
• Experience managing project budgets, programs, risks and contracts.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience administering major projects valued between $50M and $150M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex power and infrastructure projects
• Lead, coach and support a team of Project Managers
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, cost and schedule
• Manage project risks, forecasts, budgets and commercial outcomes
• Provide senior oversight of contracts, claims and variations
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and stakeholders
• Support tenders, delivery strategies and project resourcing
• Drive consistent project governance and continuous improvement
