Job summary

PSD Energy seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major electrical infrastructure projects across Australia. You will own HV and LV projects for utility, industrial and mining clients, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage teams, oversee engineering/construction, and drive performance in safety, quality and client satisfaction while mentoring engineers and delivery personnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical construction, ideally substations/utilities/mining.
• Experience delivering complex electrical infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of HV/LV infrastructure delivery and substation design.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of HV/LV electrical projects from planning to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and reporting requirements.
• Oversee project engineers, drafters and staff and mentor delivery personnel.
• Lead weekly meetings and manage client relationships and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with PSD Energy quality, WHS and environmental systems.
