Job summary

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a national Tier 2 contractor for a Senior Project Coordinator role in Adelaide. You will coordinate delivery on an $85M construction project and work closely with the Project Manager and delivery team to drive successful outcomes.

With a focus on developing your leadership and technical capability, you will progress toward Project Management while gaining exposure to procurement, cost reporting and stakeholder management in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating commercial construction projects.
• Experience on projects valued at $10M+.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery across all stages of construction.
• Manage communication between consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration and subcontractor engagement.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets and cost reporting.
• Maintain quality assurance, compliance and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues, keeping delivery on track.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities toward Project Management.
