Job summary

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a prominent Tier 1 builder to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a major construction program across Australia. You will drive delivery from mobilisation through to practical completion, balancing programme requirements, commercial performance and quality and safety standards.

You will work with a high-profile delivery team, manage budgets and procurement, lead multidisciplinary project personnel and maintain strong client and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong capability across project programming, procurement, cost management and risk mitigation.
• Ability to develop, motivate and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directing project delivery from mobilisation through to practical completion, meeting milestones.
• Establishing schedules, budgets, procurement plans and construction methodologies.
• Leading and supporting project personnel, promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Monitoring financial performance, cost reporting, cash flow and variations.
• Managing relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Anticipating delivery challenges and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety, quality and legislation.
• Collaborating with senior management to review performance and resolve challenges.
