Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator for a Melbourne-based builder working on a significant medium-density apartment development. You will coordinate design, documentation and delivery, working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to keep programs on track.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in construction, proven experience with medium-density apartment projects, and strong coordination of consultants and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience on medium-density apartment projects.
• Experience with a reputable head contractor or builder.
• Strong design coordination and construction documentation knowledge.
• Apartment construction methodology and sequencing knowledge.
• Experience coordinating consultants and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Relevant construction, engineering or architecture qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, consultants and project documentation.
• Manage RFIs, shop drawings and design queries.
• Assist with procurement and subcontractor packages.
• Coordinate architectural, structural and services documentation.
• Work closely with the site team to resolve design and construction issues.
• Monitor programme requirements and key project deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Support the Project Manager across overall project delivery.
