AECOM is seeking a Project Controls Manager to establish, lead and maintain the project controls function across a large, high‑value project environment in Australia. You will work with Project Directors, commercial teams, clients and subcontractors to provide controls, analysis and insights for informed decisions and successful delivery.

You will ensure robust controls systems and reporting across schedule, cost, change, scope, progress and performance, while mentoring project controls

Competenze

• 10-15 years of Experience in project controls within large infra, construction, engineering or complex capital programs.
• Experience leading project controls across large or complex projects.
• Strong expertise in planning/scheduling, cost control, change management, scope control and project reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead the project controls function across large and complex projects.
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules with critical path analysis, resource loading and levelling.
• Monitor project performance and provide analysis, reporting and insights for stakeholders.
• Lead scope control and change management processes, ensuring changes are identified, assessed, tracked and communicated.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Maintain tracking for subcontractor funding, work authorizations and expenditure.
• Review and analyse project data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting and incentive program management.
• Develop relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Participate in client and subcontractor negotiations, providing controls and commercial insight.
• Contribute to staffing decisions and organisational planning.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project controls staff.
• Support resolution of performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
