Job summary

AECOM Brisbane is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to establish and lead the project controls function across a large, complex program. You will collaborate with Project Directors, commercial teams, and clients to provide robust controls, analysis and insight for informed decisions and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in project controls within infrastructure or capital programs.
• Proven leadership of project controls on large or complex projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting expertise.
• Expertise in critical path, resource loading and leveling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function across large projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules with critical path analysis.
• Monitor performance; provide analysis to management.
• Lead scope control and change management processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis to improve performance.
• Maintain change order tracking and client visibility.
