Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd in Henderson, WA, seeks a Principal Project Controls Analyst to lead Earned Value Management System reporting, PMB governance and cost and schedule performance analysis on the SSN Sustainment Program. You will provide technical leadership, mentoring and support audit and governance activities.

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, manage baseline changes, and coordinate with CAMs and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and timely

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Project Controls, Cost Control, Cost Estimating and Planning or Scheduling.
• Experience implementing Earned Value Management frameworks in complex projects.
• Ability to forecast, perform variance analysis and manage baseline changes.
• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring of project controls professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead EVMS reporting, analysis and performance measurement activities.
• Govern PMB and ensure alignment between scope, schedule and cost.
• Analyse performance using CPI, SPI, CV, SV and EAC; provide forecasting insights.
• Oversee schedule integrity and integration of Primavera P6 with Cobra.
• Lead variance analysis with CAMs and stakeholders to develop corrective actions.
• Govern baseline change management, auditability and compliance.
• Drive compliance with EVM guidelines and support audits.
