Job summary

Saab Australia is seeking a Project Controller to monitor cost and schedule across control accounts within the CSI-IPT framework. The role supports PMBs, prepares monthly reporting, and ensures compliance with earned value management processes.

The successful candidate will maintain WBS/dictionaries, support baseline changes, and collaborate with PMs and CAMs on planning and resource loading. Hybrid work from home / office is considered.

Qualifications

• Degree in project management, business, commercial or engineering (desirable)
• Three+ years working in project controls
• Experience in planning, scheduling and project controls principles
• Proficiency with project management software such as Open Plan Professional (OPP) and Cobra

Responsibilities

• Monitor project cost and schedule across control accounts
• Support PMBs development, maintenance and baseline changes
• Assist CAMs with control account planning and work package development
• Develop and resource-load schedules in line with project standards
• Collaborate with PMs and CAMs to capture actuals, status updates and ETCs
• Deliver monthly EVM reporting, analysis and performance insights
• Assist with IBRs, EVMS surveillance reviews and compliance activities
