Job summary

ASC is seeking a highly experienced Principal Project Controls Analyst for the SSN Sustainment Program based at Henderson, WA. This role involves leading Earned Value Management activities and ensuring alignment of project scope, schedule, and cost baselines.

You will provide technical leadership and mentoring, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support audit activities. A current National Police Clearance and Australian Defence Security Clearance are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Project Controls, Cost Control, or Project Accounting roles.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Earned Value Management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Earned Value Management System reporting and analysis.
• Establish and govern Performance Measurement Baselines.
• Analyse project performance using key EVM metrics.
