Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Brisbane seeks a seasoned professional to lead business case development for health and government projects. You will author chapters, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure governance and approvals across local and federal levels.

You will analyse data, prepare cross-functional reports, manage client interfaces, and contribute to compelling case studies that support project delivery and policy objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in business case writing for health and/or government projects at local/state/federal levels.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Ability to analyse data and author business case chapters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Design or Construction related qualification preferable.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating the business case, including authoring chapters, chapter development, stakeholder management and approvals.
• Maintaining notable working relationships with government departments and agencies, consulting firms.
• Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage and outlining approaches to meet objectives.
• Leading and facilitating the cross-functional project team.
• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client via meetings and correspondence.
• Ensuring production of formal project progress and other reports.
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
