Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing delivery across multiple projects and programmes in the health sector. You will manage budgets, timelines and risks while coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of PM experience, Australian work rights, and a track record of leading teams in high-pressure environments with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• A recognised Degree or equivalent relating to a technical field such as Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or Cost Management.
• 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience (consultancy or client side preferred).
• Experience in the health sector is advantageous, with brownfield, live construction or mental health facility exposure.
• Existing Australian work rights is ideal.
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong report and bid writing abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop a team.

Job Description

• To Support and managing projects and programs as the key client interface
• Managing complex and diverse stakeholder relationships
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Managing multiple project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
• Managing the project delivery process across multiple projects and programmes to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
• Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants
• Analysing and defining future programme and portfolio strategies
• Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
• Driving business outcomes alongside project outcomes.

Qualifications
