Job summary

Tryzens is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale digital customer-experience transformation for a major Australian retail group. This role requires orchestrating multi-workstream delivery across onshore and offshore pods and multiple vendors.

You will sit within a three-part programme leadership team, owning the plan and the commercials, while collaborating with a Programme Architect and a Client Principal.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in programme/project management, with end-to-end ownership of large-scale digital commerce or CX transformations.
• Proven track record delivering multi-workstream programmes across multiple vendors.
• Strong governance, RAID, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated programme plan across all workstreams—including milestones and interdependencies.
• Orchestrate parallel workstreams and align onshore/offshore pods and vendors to mobilise and release in steps.
• Plan release, environment, cutover and go-live across brands and platforms.
• Manage programme budget, forecast, margin, revenue recognition and milestone-based invoicing.
• Maintain governance, RAID, and status reporting through boards and PMO.
• Lead delivery managers, forecast capacity, and coach teams across functions.
• Maintain alignment with client stakeholders and vendors; manage relationships and communications.
