Job summary

Tryzens is an international digital commerce agency seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee multiple client roadmaps, drive business goals, and lead innovation in Australia’s ecommerce scene. You’ll coordinate across Agile, SAFe, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery with globally distributed teams.

You will be the client’s main contact, working with Heads of Delivery and Client Success to ensure high-quality projects on time and within budget while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience delivering ecommerce projects end-to-end.
• Experience with agency, consultancy, or professional services models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client roadmaps and projects.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage client roadmaps, timelines, risks and budgets.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into user stories.
• Manage offshore delivery teams and third‑party dependencies.
• Provide weekly status, risk, and budget reporting to stakeholders.
• Deliver all releases on time and within budget.
