Tryzens is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-workstream digital CX transformation for a major Australian retail group. This role involves orchestration across onshore/offshore teams, multiple vendors and a hybrid delivery approach.

We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-workstream digital customer-experience transformation for a major Australian retail group.
This isn't single-team project management - it's orchestration at scale. The programme spans a multi-brand eCommerce re-platform, order management and customer service, a native mobile app, and an extensive integration, martech and loyalty layer, delivered across onshore and offshore pods and multiple third parties.
You'll sit within a three-part programme leadership team, owning the plan and the commercials, while partnering closely with a Programme Architect (technical direction) and an Client Principal (executive relationship).
This role is for a fixed-term basis for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
