Job summary

Tryzens is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-workstream digital CX transformation for a major Australian retail group.

This role covers a multi-brand eCommerce re-platform, order management, customer service, a native mobile app, and extensive integration, martech and loyalty layers, delivered across onshore and offshore pods and multiple third parties.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in programme/project management with end-to-end ownership of large, multi-workstream programmes.
• Experience delivering enterprise CX platforms with complex API-led integrations and loyalty ecosystems.
• Proven commercial ownership including P&L, forecasting and contract management.
• Strong governance discipline with RAID, boards and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated programme plan across all workstreams, milestones and dependencies.
• Orchestrate parallel workstreams across onshore/offshore pods and multiple vendors.
• Lead release, environment, cutover and go-live planning across brands and platforms.
• Apply scaled hybrid delivery practices (agile + waterfall) to ensure delivery success.
