Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term engagement to drive end-to-end delivery of complex product solutions, including software development, system integration and hardware deployment.

You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, mentor other Project Managers, and act as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders, tracking status, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless delivery with the Business Delivery Director.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering product-based customer solutions (software, hardware, integration).
• Experience leading multiple work streams across large programs and mentoring other PMs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple project streams and lead a team of Project Managers.
• Governance and stakeholder engagement with senior leadership.
• Develop project documentation: charter, plan, resource and risk plans.
• Mitigate risks and issues to ensure seamless delivery.
• Track status and report progress to leadership.
