Job summary

You will split focus between engineering standards (60%) and governance (40%), leading software delivery, guiding solution architecture, and overseeing complex deployments across enterprise finance and workforce systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ICT experience originating from a senior full stack Microsoft background.
• 3+ years direct end-to-end project management delivering software and enterprise apps.
• Proven capability managing vendor relationships and presenting roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, data engineering alignment, and RAID governance.
• Experience with Workday or large-scale HCM implementations is highly regarded.
