Job summary

RPS NT, a Tetra Tech company, seeks an experienced Program Manager in Alice Springs to lead client-side construction projects and drive community outcomes. You will shape complex initiatives, engage stakeholders, and provide frontline leadership on high-profile programs.

The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration and delivering value across Defence, infrastructure and urban planning sectors in the Northern Territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction project/program delivery.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of construction contract administration, especially Managing Contractor Contracts.
• Excellent client, stakeholder, and team leadership skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication, with proficiency in MS Office and ideally MS Project.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Completed Construction Site WHS training.
• AIPM Certification (or equivalent) highly regarded.
