Responsibilities

• Define strategic outcomes with senior stakeholders to align project planning and leadership visibility.
• Lead delivery team to plan scope, resources, budgets, timelines for initiatives.
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure value for money within program constraints.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks; approve changes to scope/schedule/budget.
• Manage platform and financial resources to drive ROI and outcomes.
• Provide clear progress visibility to stakeholders and Portfolio Management Team.
