AECOM is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery across multiple infrastructure projects in South East Queensland. You will establish program structures, governance and delivery frameworks, coordinating across project teams, clients, stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure alignment with broader program objectives.

You will provide senior leadership, oversee governance, risk and performance, and mentor teams to build a high-performing delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management or major project delivery, preferably within infrastructure or delivery environments.
• Ability to establish and set up programs with governance, reporting and delivery frameworks.
• Strong governance, risk, schedule, cost, and stakeholder management capability.
• Strong communication and engagement skills with senior clients and executive stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured approach to bring clarity and consistency to complex programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior leadership across a portfolio of projects, establishing core program management functions.
• Set up programs with governance structures, delivery strategies, reporting and controls.
• Develop and implement program management frameworks and systems for consistent delivery.
• Oversee multiple projects and lots, managing dependencies and interfaces.
• Provide strategic oversight of schedule, cost, risk, resources and procurement.
• Mentor project and program professionals to create a high-performing delivery environment.
