Job summary

Optus is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Program Lead to drive delivery of critical OSS and Service Fulfilment initiatives across Consumer, Enterprise, and Wholesale domains. You will partner with senior technology leaders and delivery partners to establish integrated plans and ensure execution excellence.

You will apply agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies, manage executives and vendors, and leverage AI-enabled practices to improve planning and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology programs or enterprise delivery portfolios.
• Strong governance, planning, risk and dependency management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery and transformation of the Service Fulfilment portfolio.
• Establish integrated portfolio plans across large-scale programs with vendors and partners.
• Drive delivery excellence with governance, milestone assurance, RAID, and reporting.
• Apply end-to-end service fulfilment knowledge: order management, provisioning, activation, inventory, handover.
• Align business and technology stakeholders on priorities and commitments.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and external partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.
