Job summary

Optus is seeking a Platform Lead within OSS Delivery to own and evolve critical operational platforms that support service activation, fulfilment, number management, and core telecom capabilities. You will bridge architecture, delivery, and operations, translating requirements into scalable solutions while safeguarding platform stability, security, and long-term alignment.

• Experience leading OSS platform programs and roadmaps.
• Strong design and delivery of complex technology solutions.
• Experience in large-scale telecommunications environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, lifecycle and operational performance of OSS platforms.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex technology solutions, translating requirements into end-to-end designs.
• Partner with architects, engineers, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to define platform direction.
• Act as the SME for assigned platforms, managing risks and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
