Blackbook Executive Pty is seeking a Senior Program Delivery Manager - Renewables EPC to shape the systems and standards that underpin successful Utility-Scale BESS & HV Substation EPC projects. The role will lead multiple EPC projects, partnering with Project Managers and Site Leaders to drive performance, manage risk and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

You will oversee governance, reporting and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, HSE, Commercial and Finance to resolve

Qualificações

• Must have proven project delivery leadership across renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, utilities or EPC environments.
• Strong commercial, financial, contractual and risk management capability.
• Experience overseeing complex, concurrent projects with strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge when required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor programme, cost, commercial exposure, safety, quality and project risk across multiple projects.
• Identify emerging delivery issues and develop practical mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Strengthen project governance, controls and reporting to improve visibility and accountability.
• Work with Commercial teams to identify contractual milestones, notices, variations, delays and exposure.
• Translate contractual requirements into practical actions for Project Managers and site teams.
• Collaborate across Engineering, HSE, Commercial, Procurement and Finance to resolve complex project issues.

Senior Program Delivery Manager - Renewables EPC

Shape the systems and standards that underpin successful Utility-Scale BESS & HV Substation EPC project.

About the Role This is a newly created leadership position within the project delivery function, providing oversight, support and challenge across a portfolio of unique Utility-Scale BESS & HV Substation projects.

The role will suit an experienced EPC project delivery professional who understands what strong project execution looks like and can work closely with Project Managers and Site Leaders to improve performance, manage risk and drive better commercial outcomes.

You must have strong and proven experience across multiple Utility-Scale BESS & HV Substation projects plus strong leadership leading other Project Managers previously.

What you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring programme, cost, commercial exposure, safety, quality and project risk across multiple projects.
• Identifying emerging delivery issues and developing practical mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Strengthening project governance, controls and reporting to improve visibility and accountability.
• Working closely with Commercial teams to identify contractual, milestones, notices, variations, delays and potential exposure.
• Translating contractual requirements into practical actions for Project Managers and site teams.
• Working collaboratively across Engineering, HSE, Commercial, Procurement and Finance to resolve complex project issues.

What You'll Bring:

• Must have proven project delivery leadership across renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, utilities or EPC environments.
• Strong commercial, financial, contractual and risk management capability.
• Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related qualification.
• Experience overseeing complex, concurrent projects with strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• Strong understanding of programme, cost, forecasting, risk and project governance.
• Proven ability to turn around projects facing programme, cost or commercial challenges.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge when required.
• A pragmatic, hands on approach to improving project delivery, systems and processes.

• Salary $250K - $280K (inclusive of super) plus Bonus.
