Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Senior Manager for Product & Proposition Development to identify, validate, design, scale and commercialise new offerings, managed services and tech-enabled solutions. You will partner with Offering Owners to translate expertise into client-centred, scalable offerings and develop roadmaps, delivery models and customer experiences.

• Experience taking new B2B products from concept through validation and commercial readiness.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous, early-stage offerings.

• Experience leading complex cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical skills with financial, market and client data.
• Experience spanning more than one of product development, proposition development, commercial strategy, innovation, new ventures or service design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Offering Owners to translate specialist expertise into client-centred, repeatable and scalable offerings that leverage technology and scaled delivery models.
• Define the client problem, target audience, addressable opportunity and PwC’s right to win through client research, market testing and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with Offering Owners to define product roadmaps, onboarding, delivery models and customer experiences.
• Leverage market feedback and rapid pilot testing to refine, scale, reposition or deprioritise offerings.
• Build evidence-based business cases that quantify growth potential and investment requirements.
• Prepare propositions for leadership approval and transition approved offerings to business teams, industry drivers and marketing for campaigns.
• Develop a disciplined, repeatable proposition-development approach to speed to market and sound investment decisions.
