Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Process Analyst.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear, testable requirements and user stories.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, digital transformation and automation environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery to understand business problems, workflows and data needs.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
• Analyse current and future-state workflows, data flows and controls.
• Ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned to reusable patterns.
• Maintain traceability from problem to design, build and release readiness.
• Define acceptance criteria, support UAT and defect triage; ensure business outcomes.
