Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Product & Proposition Development Senior Manager to identify, validate, design, scale and commercialise new offerings and technology-enabled solutions. You’ll work with Offering Owners, Industry Leaders, subject-matter experts and the Clients & Markets teams to shape growth opportunities.

You’ll translate specialist expertise into client-centred, repeatable offerings, define problems and opportunities, and build evidence-based business cases to inform leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, proposition development, commercial strategy, innovation, new ventures or service design.
• Demonstrated experience taking new B2B products/services/propositions from concept to validation and commercial readiness.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous, early-stage offerings.
• Practical execution focus, able to move between strategic thinking and detailed delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial, market and client information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Offering Owners to translate specialist expertise into client-centred, repeatable and scalable offerings that leverage technology and scaled delivery models.
• Define the client problem, target audience, addressable opportunity and PwC’s right to win through client research, market testing, competitor analysis and collaboration with subject-matter experts.
• Work with Offering Owners to define product roadmaps, onboarding, delivery models and customer experiences.
• Use market feedback and rapid pilot testing to refine, scale, reposition or de-prioritise offerings.
• Build evidence-based business cases that quantify growth potential, commercial models, investment requirements and measurable success criteria.
• Prepare propositions for leadership approval and transition approved offerings to business teams, industry drivers and marketing for campaign development and activation.
• Build a disciplined, repeatable proposition-development approach that improves speed to market and investment decisions.
