Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Lead Product Owner for Product Development Servicing within Business Transaction Banking, Business & Wealth. You will drive product strategy, prioritisation and value delivery, leading customer-focused solutions to support growth and performance of the transaction banking business.

You will lead the delivery of outcomes across the Release Train, owning the backlog and translating priorities into tangible value through each sprint.

• Deep Product Owner expertise spanning discovery, backlog management, and value realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of customer and business outcomes across the Release Train.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, translating priorities into tangible value delivered each sprint.
• Make evidence-based prioritisation and trade-off decisions balancing needs and constraints.
• Champion Product Owner standards and drive value realisation across teams.
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to Product Owners to build capability and consistency.
