Job summary

The Gold Coast brand is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead online performance and the team behind it. You will drive Shopify, site experience, UX, CRO and online merchandising while owning CRM/EDM strategies and Klaviyo flows.

Qualifications

• Senior eCommerce or digital marketing experience in a brand-led business.
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM, UX, conversion and merchandising.
• Strong commercial instincts with a track record of driving online revenue and retention.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to communicate a premium product without gimmicks.
• A collaborative style suited to a fast-moving, small-business environment.

A design‑led, premium homewares and furniture brand on the Gold Coast is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead its online performance and the team behind it. This role suits an eCommerce specialist who knows how to grow a premium brand online without cheapening it.

• Lead digital and eCommerce performance across Shopify, site experience, UX, CRO and online merchandising
• Own the customer journey, CRM and EDM strategy, building segmentation and automated flows in Klaviyo
• Set paid media strategy and creative direction, working with the existing ads agency (no hands‑on media buying)
