Talentd Recruitment seeks a Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager for a design-led premium homewares and furniture brand on the Gold Coast. Lead online performance across Shopify, site experience, UX, CRO and merchandising while shaping CRM and EDM strategy.

You will set paid media direction with an external agency, lead a small team, and align with the founder and leadership on strategy and priorities, including growth into the US.

Competenze

• Senior eCommerce or digital marketing experience in a brand-led business, ideally in premium homewares, interiors, furniture or lifestyle.
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM, UX, conversion and merchandising.
• Strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving online revenue and retention.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to communicate a considered, premium product without resorting to gimmicks.
• A collaborative style suited to a fast-moving, small-business environment.

Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager

Location: Gold Coast

A design‑led, premium homewares and furniture brand on the Gold Coast is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead its online performance and the team behind it. This role suits an eCommerce specialist who knows how to grow a premium brand online without cheapening it.

• Lead digital and eCommerce performance across Shopify, site experience, UX, CRO and online merchandising
• Own the customer journey, CRM and EDM strategy, building segmentation and automated flows in Klaviyo
