CommBank in Australia seeks a Senior Product Manager within the Personalise & Controls Squad to shape how customers manage their profile, contact details, experience preferences and digital controls across CommBank's digital channels.

You will lead a cross-functional squad day-to-day, partner with the Product Lead and a broad network across Design, Engineering, Data, Risk, Identity and Digital to turn strategy into execution and deliver trusted self-service experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant product experience shaping complex digital products from discovery to launch and optimisation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product squads and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and evidence-based decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead the squad day-to-day, clarifying priorities, dependencies, risks and trade-offs.
• Drive discovery and delivery across profile, preferences, and self-service journeys.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to build intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Use research, insights and data to guide prioritisation and decision making.
